To be clear, i celebrate the Sun City way of life every day. I have no malice towards anyone.

To further compound my doubts, i've been involved with a Facebook group, Sun City Chat Arizona for a couple of years now. The past year i've helped out as an administrator. I try to post at something at least daily, sometimes more. Mostly history, but also community events and stuff.

This past weekend, i did something strange; i grabbed a screen shot of Mad's Alfred E Neumann (of "What Me Worry" fame) and asked the simple question about Sun City: Does Anyone Care? It was a test and honestly gang, most of you failed. I got 11 responses and even less likes. No, i don't care about likes, i care about whether the members of that site care enough to respond. Because if not, the paradigm shift is dead in the water.

Bill, I am tiring of you standing in judgement of everyone else. Please express your opinions without trying to slight other people or claim the moral high ground. (Anyone familiar with organizational structure in non-profits...) And yes, I am acutely aware members of this board seek your advice on board matters. A fact I am not comfortable with, but it is what it is.

So on to the subject at hand. I have had many meaningful conversations with highly respected members who held Board leadership positions and the conclusion we come to is this. This Board just needs to stop or be stopped before they do too much financial harm to the RCSC. No libraries, an indoor dog training facility and an orchestra pit show just how out of touch the board is with its members.

Wow, just wow. I spent more than a dozen years on this site talking about Sun City issues. We stayed away from the politics of nasty, it simply served no purpose. On the rare occasion someone introduced a thread, we pushed back. There simply was no added value in trying to build a sense of community when it occurred. Re the covid shot I don't have stats but I do know that most who got the shot got covid at some point. They don't even test for it anymore, it is treated like a cold. If I had it I was not aware. I have had the sniffles once or twice. Look at all they young kids who were forced by the biden admin to get the shot who are collapsing from myocarditis. I don't know if they are related but it is curious. My personal view was that there is not a person on this earth that can force me to inject something into my body if I do not want them to. Want the shot? Fine by me.

Are you sure that by getting the shot it did not impair your memory? Something did. I on the other hand have not even had so much as a flu shot since 2016, and have not been sick.

Well then Einar, I suggest you stay away from all people no matter what their age or where they live because you don't know who is vaxed and who is not, do you.
