Sun City offers bus trips throughout the year to various places. The fee is nominal and usually includes any admission fees and a meal. It is a good way to see the area. I have taken the Dolly Steamboat ride, gone to a pizza parlor and horse race track, and visited the Botanical Gardens. There are also overnight trips. The trips are posted in a monthly newsletter.
There are bus trips to casinos - FREE You usually have to make a reservation 1-2 weeks in advance. The bus picks people up at about 3 locations. When you arrive at the casino you register and are given $10. All casinos have some type of food establishments. My favorite casino is Harrahs - about an hour from SC. AWESOME information... I am a gambler and love the casinos... Do they pick up at any of the SUN CITIES when you said "3 locations" or nearby?

I think that the casinos have all kinds of games in addition to slots. The buffet at Harrah's is awsome. Check out the various casinos. They often have special deals. In addition to day trips, there are overnighters that go to different places.
I wish there was a "master list" I could stick on my refrigerator with all the times/dates of pickup along with the phone numbers. It would be an easy go to guide to help plan...... Frustrating navigating their websites.
At one time the SC Visitor Center had a list of times/dates of pickup for casinos. Unfortunately, they kept changing. Now the center only has a list of casinos. You could go online and put together a list for your frig. Maybe I will do it.
