Thank you for posting this! I knew he was one of the two finalists being interviewed this week. This is a HUGE gain for Youngtown. Stutsman is an amazing and well respected Captain with a great sense of humor. I'm sure he'll still be on top of all things LE. I hope they promote from within for his position.
