    Hi Folks,

To those living in Sun City, there is a club which supports a dog park, called Duffeeland, named after a beloved pet of the former property owner.

Duffeeland has one event a year for the folks of the area to participate in, and is open to the public. This year is the Duffeeland Doggie Days, to be held Saturday, December 9th, from 10a-2p. There is a pet expo as well as pet adoptions available during this time. In the past, Maricopa County Animal Care & Control have presented dogs and cats for adoption.

There will be pictures with Santa to raise money for a valley non-profit. This year the donations will go to PACC-911, Phoenix Animal Care Coalition. There is also a request for donations of food, supplies, as well as cash. Also, food, music, and various vendors will be at the event as well.

Duffeeland Dog park is located at Thunderbird N and Del Webb Blvd. If you have a pet, or are looking to add some more love in your life, please stop by on December 9th and participate in this great outing. Come check out the dog park, an amenity of the RCSC.
