With the beautiful Sun City AZ days and leisurely walks about Viewpoint Lake, RCSC Cardholders are reminded that they should remain vigilant about NOT throwing any food (including bread and lettuce) into the lake or feeding the birds! There is an increased threat of botulism with higher water temperatures which is lethal to ducks and swans.
I spent a few hours sitting at Viewpoint Lake today. Saw many beautiful birds. But now I'm in PHX waiting to go home. Looked but didn't buy.
I'm not discouraged Emily. I viewed many great properties and I would have been happy in any of them. But I'm still looking. There are enough to look at, but of course we lookers always want more choices. I'm not worried at all.
