Looking for recommendations for best casinos for slot machines. There are so many options in the valley and surrounding area, where should I go to have a good time (meaning WIN) :devilish:
What makes a casino "the best"? The best for me will probably mean the closest one and that one hasn't been built yet since it's still being debated about. It would be somewhere near Westgate I believe.
We aren't much for gambling, but do enjoy a night out at a casino for dinner and some time at the slots. We did enjoy Talking Stick....you can take in a spring training game (my Rockies, of course) then have dinner and some fun after at the casino.
I'm not sure if casinos have a "Thanksgiving" buffet. You can always call. I like to take the bus that leaves from the Bell Rec Center. Again, Harrahs is my favorite because they have a bus that leaves at 12:30. Most of the buses leave in the morning. These are not rec center activities. The Casinos provides the bus. Last year when I was working at the Visitor Center, a person from Cliff Castle came in. I suggested they have a bus that leaves in the middle of the day. He thought it was a good idea. I will try to see if it was done.
Yes. You have to stay about 5 hours. That's why I like Harrahs. You can sit by the pool and read a book.
Thanks Emily. Good to know that during certain months it is a possibility so I will check should I decide to go next summer.
