It's my understanding that they pay $20 bucks to get a new drivers license with the address being the house they are flipping. Then they go to the RCSC and file for a refund of their PIF and CIF.

I believe that they now must live or own the house for one-year and their actual ownership will be verified using Arizona tax and title records. This is a change currently on the agenda for this weeks Board Meeting by Director Jim Rough

    3. Director Rough – I move to amend Board Policy #24 titled Preservation & Improvement Fee/Capital Improvement Fee as follows:
"Modify language requiring ownership for one year of a property that is sold, and subsequent Sun City property is purchased within a year of that sale. This would stop flippers from getting a refund of PIF Fee and CIF Fee on new property not owned for a year. See Section 1 Paragraph C number 1, and Section 2 Paragraph C number 1 for language."

Would that in any way affect current homeowners who want to move within SC, let's say from a single-family home to a condo from getting their PIF refund? BTW the drivers license thing works for underage living here. Find someone age appropriate willing to change their D/L address to SC home.
