My husband and I just purchased in Sun City, near the Sun City Country Club. We're very excited about moving into the community for the winter seasons. I'm confused about what exactly my HOA fees cover, as well as what recreational facilities and benefits come with the fees that we pay. Can someone point me in the right direction to get that info? Welcome to the Greatest Living On Earth. If you would like to volunteer, here are a few suggestions. Sun City Posse - a variety of volunteer jobs. Sun City Visitor Center - get to know the community Sun City Library - a variety of things to do. I have volunteered at all the above places. At the present time, I am at the Posse P.S. You do not have to be a year-round resident.
