You have the opportunity to RESPECTFULLY express your views on how RCSC has stated the board has approved to spend over $35m of your money over the next 4 years. The projects are:

Nine-hole Quail Run Golf Course renovations: 6 million ++
350 seat theater with an orchestra pit 14 million ++
Indoor Pooch Park 1.5 million ++
Subtotal 21.5 million

Mountainview renovation (i.e. pickleball) 14.0 million

Total 35.5 million

There are no other options for spending this money which the board has approved. Please state your opinion for or against.

I was under the impression this was a "must" due to flooding

What is the justification for this? Who will use this other than The Community Theater performers here in Sun City? Why are the current PAC's obsolete? Community theater is not the draw it was 25-30 years ago, so what exactly justifies this expenditure rather than fixing what need fixing in the now. Wants and needs. My vehicle is broken, I need a new one, but I WANT an inground pool.

I don't know much about this one. Are things deteriorating? Do things need repair?
