Please do then perhaps they can fight it out without constantly interrupting in other topics!

I couldn't give two craps about who did, or said what, when, or how smart you are or aren't and what you did decades ago!

Go fight it out on your own blog and spare the rest of us your personal problems and fights!

Now I suppose you'll be coming after me now?

Even tho you have been an ass to me, no you are not a stalker like Dave is. Talk to him. I have a lovely little computer program that converts these pages to PDF's that are unable to be altered, I have every damn page of every damn topic on this site since Dave got back from a years long hiatus from TOSC and his first post was a hate post directed at me. I did not know him, never heard of him, he was just being the ass he is.

You have agreed with some of my points and because this is America (for now) I will continue to post SC related items. As far as I am concerned Dave does not exist.

To be clear, my above post was directed at both you and Dave.

And as far as most if us are concerned neither you nor Dave exist.

I'm done! You won't be receiving anymore responses from me!

It’s not Radclif’s, read it and get it straight. There was a lagoon south of 95th but don’t remember a hot house as it was just a bunch of guys playing disorganized pond hockey. Guess that came after my time. Saw the tornado also as I was home visiting from the university. Went to Brandt’ s tavern I guess that was the name a couple of times when I did house sitting when the parents were away. I was truly happy to leave OL. A bunch of the boys in the hood went to St. Gerald’s, they were all assholes and the raffles were a scam. I have had enough of mackerel snapping Katlicks to last me the rest of my days.
To paraphrase Aretha, who’s stalking who here since you after finding out who I was ( actually not difficult) originally and started with info from you took from a defunct FB account. Since then you have a Fraiddy cat of anything I type yet I watch you pull the same shit with other people.

After extensive research and study of the matter I do not believe the data supports building a theater. There are much better use of the money and Sun Dial is already a premier performance venue.

The theater is a WANT not a NEED.
Take care of the NEEDS first.

I wish that was the case. Unfortunately Karen McAdam summed it up nicely at the last exchange meeting regarding guest passes via credit card..........buy them, and then can't use them, tough luck. That's life........................

8 golf courses are a want, not a need
8 rec centers are a want, not a need
    ……….
    ……….
    and so on!

Tom, so how many golf course and how many rec centers? Which courses do you close and which rec centers? What’s the criteria for closure? Close a golf course and the grass still needs tending year round. Sell to a developer, be prepared for the storm that is coming and if the South course falls in this category, I can tie it up in court for years with nothing happening. Closures send a bad message to the members and to future residents.

Thanks for asking Dave. I was only suggesting to SCR that most all the amenities offered here are wants not needs, including a proposed theater. How about turning a golf course into a walking course/park? Yes I have heard about how the golf courses were deeded to RCSC. Where a will, there is a way!

So you warp turn a golf course into a huge dog park, because that’s exactly what would happen. And of course no revenue will be derived but the maintenance costs will remain. You sure that makes any sense?

warp or want to? No to a huge dog park. ASU survey showed high percentage of people wanted more walking areas. Spend the $6,000,000 earmarked for the Quail Run course and redo the landscaping so much less water is needed and design an awesome walking area. The possibilities are endless! Where a will, there is a way!

Walking areas/paths were a biggie on the ASU survey response.

We have tracks in phase 1 and 3. We all have sidewalks in our neighborhoods. How many would be willing to drive, 5 miles for some, to go for a walk?
It's amazing that people complained about the survey until one small part got numbers they agree with.

I used to walk on Riverview around 2008 with my dog during the Summer after play. You would be amazed how much cooler it is. I live 2 blocks for there, he was 7 lbs so I carried him till we got there. It was a lovely walk. Met folks who lived on the course and we would chat. Even Pearson walked on the course with his dogs back then. Sidewalks are too hot for people and dogs in summer. The heat from the day radiates from the cement and asphalt. When I had my Rotties I drove 5 miles or so to take them to the "big doggie" park.

It's not all about you. Don't want to hear your complaints as you would not even join the conversation on Nextdoor re the EV situation, yet you took the time to read it, did not like what you saw and ran away. You just post here where it's safe.

Although Phase 2 doesn't have a walking track, we do have the Hillside Park at Lakeview which is lovely and partly shaded.

Ran away? You should seek help. There was nothing to post since we have no information.

Opinions. You post plenty of them here. I absolutely LOVE, LOVE, LOVE that just because I see things differently than someone "I need help". Guess Elon Musk better get to a shrink and fast!

It is a lot of different people agreeing about what they want to see (or not see) in SC sans a Grand Puba directing verbal traffic. A statement was posted, people get to speak without someone telling them to take their crap sandwich and get out. Interaction as it should be. Chris and her band of leads have had me kicked off that site many times and Bill banned me from his site on FB. That is not the way it should be. Your statement "That is far from being a positive thread. Looks like lots of uninformed people" is your opinion and I wish you would take a stand and post it. You must have an account or you would not have commented. Afraid?

    Your reply to me:
People are posting that they are against it when they have no idea about what may or may not be planned. Is it for RCSC vehicles? Is it for anyone? Will it cost us money or will we just provide the space and power to a company and get a check every month. I am not taking a stand when I don't know what is happening yet. Only a fool would do that.

My response to you: Then step up!! Be the voice of reason! I just posted a statement from here, nothing definitive. Be a part of the "little people", the ones not on this platform. A lot of people were engaged, join with your opinion. You do not have to take a stand, just give another point of view. You all really don't want member involvement do you. You like things just the way they are. 135 comments and you won't engage in conversation. I totally understand it all now. This is amazing. Never a debate here, you all just follow the leader and agree. Now you have an opportunity to get people totally engaged and you won't. Sad.
