Range of Condo Sizes in the Original Sun City?

The smallest condos I've seen that can be bought by deed are the ones at El Dorado around 625 sq ft. I imagine there are rental "condos" that are actually rental apartments that are smaller.

A few attached/duplex/condo type homes top 2600 but the largest seem to be around the 2300 sq ft range.

Some of the homes in the "ranchette" division south of Peoria Avenue & west of 111th are some of the largest single family homes in Sun City because the lot size is huge. You'll see every type of building and design over there. It used to be horse property but you'll only see statues these days.

 

Looked at a condo east of 99th and south of Thunderbird several years ago that could not gave been 450 sq ft. Studio.
It was on the market for $29,900 if I recall. Thought it would make a good rental property but condo association disagreed. Wasn't worth the fight.
