Sitting at the foot of the majestic Catalina Mountains, bathed in breathtaking pink and orange sunsets, Sun CityVistoso is the active adult community to envy. Nestled among rolling hills of Palo Verde trees and stately saguarocactus, we believe you’ll agree with our residents that living in Sun City Vistoso is a lifestyle.
When our residents aren’t taking in the scenery, they get active with more than 130 clubs and groups of-fering arts, crafts, sports, dance, games, classes, and of course a Greg Nash designed championship 18-holegolf course.
Sun City Vistoso also takes pride in its classic Del Webb design. The community broke ground in 1986 and today is built-out with nearly 2,500 homes designed in many sizes and styles and spread across 1,000 acres of lush Sonoran desert landscape. With 36% of the land allocated to com-mon area and lots carefully planned to maximize both privacy and uniquedesert views, there’s more to living in Sun City Vistoso.
Meticulous maintenance of our buildings and groundsreflect the pride of ownership and strong sense of community that makeliving in Sun City Vistoso a lifestyle. Many visitors are surprised that thecommunity isn’t brand new.

The Sun City Vistoso Homeowners Association took over from Del Webb in 1996 and today has no debt. The association has been careful to establish and adequately fund asset reserve for upkeep while keeping annual dues competitive with similar communities.
