Pocket listings in Sun City?

    It isn't mandatory for a real estate firm to have a web site or be a member of the multiple listing service. One *explanation would be the listing just has not been input yet. Another explanation is the listing firm wants both sides of the*
    deal. The seller isn't well served with limited exposure in the marketplace.*

    I would never put my address on. Drive bys are one thing , but in a high demand/ low inventory market some buyers cross over the line. Brokers know the rules. Buyers often do not. A seller has an expectation of privacy.*

    Maybe not but when I was looking I usually just passed over the ones that did not list the address. I want to look at the street and what it's close too. It would need to be spectacular for me to want it without knowing an address. Very few people show up at the door and knock.*

    I don't think prices are inflated. They are just getting back up to where they were when I bought in 2007.
