At 8 am today I could not get online. I tried everything. Unplugged this & that. Last resort would be to ask IT neighbor. I fixed my breakfast and tried again at 10 am. No problem got right online. Did Cox have something going on?
Same think happened yesterday morning. No telephone for about 2 hours. Internet was o.k. Today I will contact Cox for explanation. IT neighbor said they are working on lines. Shouldn't I get credit for when I could not use phone?
For about 6 hours outage, I would probably get peanuts! However, I will let them know and hope to be told a reason.
