The GM’s actual authority

  1. I have to admit that it was a take off on the A&C bit I hear on my favorite FM station back in Chi-town as part of an April Fool’s Day programming. Can’t say HH and I worked on anything in HS as she hasn’t answered when she attended and favorite teachers. Kind of makes me a bit suspicious as in the info posted was publicly available on a FB page I no longer post. If she actually performed in depth research she would know that I am attached to my knives and why. She would also know my main outside activity not related to high school and why it helped me in life. She would know what my job was during the summer on break from the university and how it paid for my education. She would know how I met my three best friends I have known for over 50 years.

I am sorry this is bothering you so much. I prefer not to interact with you. I don't know what "attached to your knives" means, however I don't like the connotation. This is twice I have felt threatened by you.

  3. Fine, don’t interact with me by stop posting dopey messages. Your lack of response and the above captioned tells me that beyond the info off FB, you wouldn’t know where the school is if you had a map and a flashlight. I am attached to my knives because I cook a lot but first and foremost my summer job during the uni break was I was an apprentice butcher. It paid for my education. You may find this hard to believe but I am persons non grata at the meat counter at Safeway because the butchers don’t butcher. No old school skills. They did hire a young man who does like to wait on me because I give good information. So there is your perceived threat all wrapped up in a 45 day dry aged boneless ribeye roast.

As for your no longer wish to interact, interface or interanything I will put libel on the back burner with Burrell blanc sauce.

Probably a good time to take a deep breath and return to the GM's actual authority...

    Agree!
    Hopefully, discussion detours cease.
    Thank you for the reminder.

What is the meaning of off-topic discussion?

adjective. If you describe something that someone says or writes as off topic, you mean that it is not relevant to the current discussion; used especially of discussions on the internet.”

I think we all understood what John meant, however he did not mention the term "off topic". In reality John's statement did not require an additional post defining the term, which in itself, made your post off topic. Just sayin.
