Janet, I’ve expanded the summary detail about what areas at Oakmont will require a token for access from any member, see #4. You will need a token for the pool. I didn’t see anything about monitors in the area. The full email about the new security is rather long with greater detail: https://mailchi.mp/cb0a57f6491a/rcs...ing-video-now-on-youtube-7514874?e=f18f779945 Hopefully this system will ensure member and staff security and enjoyment of Sun City’s first recreation center!
Thanks, eyesopen. Security is important, especially at that rec center with the homeless population that I see in the area. Just wondering how many tokens can fit on the back of my rec card. One for the dog park and now one for Oakmont.
Janet I have a token already for the Fairway Rec Center and when I went in the main office at Lakeview and asked for a New token for the dog park all she did was take the number off of my current token I had and listed the number so it can now be used at the dog park so it works for both of them she told me. I haven’t used it yet for the dog park to see if it does work but it still works at the Fairway Rec Center
Great info, Mark! Wonderful use of technology that allows programming a single token for multiple access. Someone made a good decision…
