Running a small business is no easy feat. There are a dozen moving pieces you’ve to deal with at any given moment. You constantly have to wear many hats, consider the ripple effect of every decision while getting down to the details of delivering your services and figuring out where to find the next set of customers.

I help my clients identify what’s important for them, create a business to support their vision then design a structure to support its growth and expansion.

My holistic business consultation gives you the 50,000-foot view of your business so you can identify synergy and opportunities that piece-meal compartmentalized solutions cannot rival.

AND, we get down to the ground floor so you know what to do today, tomorrow and next year to sustain what you’ve got, or move to the next level.

My blend of coaching and consulting helps you dig deep into your priorities and overcome your challenges as we roll up our sleeves to make things happen.
As you can imagine, this unique approach wasn’t developed overnight…

It starts with my diverse background in finance, strategy, marketing, project management, sales training, customer service, cross-function leadership and business development.

After receiving my MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management, I’ve worked for Fortune 500 companies, startups, and all kinds of businesses in between.

I’ve served as Astia Speaker and Workshop Leader, SCORE mentor and SBDC advisor. I’ve heard my share startup stories, and lessons that come with them from living and traveling all over the USA and the world as a businesswoman and triathlete.

I’ve learned from experience that most principles in business are universal – it’s the application of the strategies and the adaptation to the circumstances that make the difference.

It isn’t about blindly following some “subject matter experts” and implementing cookie-cutter tactics.

One size doesn’t fit all. Results come from understanding the basic principles behind successful tactics, and translating them into strategies that suit your circumstances.

All the years in corporate America have taught me a lot about structuring and marketing a business. Yet, life has its own plan and not always been smooth sailing…

In 2009, I got laid off from my corporate job in market development while I was recovering from a surgery.

Interesting thing is, you think differently when your physical abilities are limited – even if just temporarily. While homebound, I had the time and space to be still and reflect.

I started to see the BIG PICTURE, which prompted me to consider my life and what’s ahead.

I realized the need to create something for myself.

Having my own business is not only a creative outlet, but also a way to recession-proof my life so my fate is not at the mercy of a superior’s decision.

It was time that I use this transition and opportunity to buckle down, consider my strength and build a business to support what I want in life.

I love seeing people soar – I want to support business owners to fly high and achieve their vision. I dipped my toes in consulting with a few small businesses and realized I’d found my calling.

I was making progress. Then everything changed. My Daddy died November 16, 2013.

His death happened the day before my birthday.

Life was disrupted. I was forced to think and BE different immediately, and permanently.

I tuned into how my abilities have expanded over time as I used a combination of my intuition, smarts, empathy, patience, experience and more to change my life, while helping my clients achieve their business and personal goals.

By putting together my diverse background and expertise I’ve gained over the years, I was able to deliver out-of-the-box thinking and unconventional solutions not bound by preconceptions in any particular industry.

It was time for me to put my strength in action and move forward with gusto and joy.

I work with clients who, like myself, want to progress not simply because it’s just something to check off the list.

We move up and ahead because we’ve the urge to be better everyday.

Excelling is not something we “have to” do. It’s part of creating something meaningful and lasting for ourselves that speaks to who we are: it’s inevitable.

If you’re ready to experience what’s possible when you structure your business so it not only grows and expands but also supports YOUR big vision, I’d love to be part of your journey.
